Complaint Details
I would like to emphasize one of the worst experience with JET AIRWAYS dated December 21, 2017 from Ahmedabad to Toronto via Delhi.
Firstly, the ticket and boarding pass I have received is from Ahmedabad to Delhi on December 21, 2017 and from Delhi to Toronto on December 22, 2017. Moreover, I have been misbehaved and humiliated by one of the security officer (Probably named Mr.Abhijeet)of Jet Airways at New Delhi Immigration by asking irrelevant questions.
Furthermore, as per the ticket and boarding pass l have received from Ahmadabad clearly mentioned my journey from Delhi to Toronto however, flight 0234 have been taken to Amsterdam Airport which none of us aware. In addition, while stooping at this airport we have been instructed from the staff that flight will be collecting only the passengers from Amsterdam and none of us need to get off from the flight. Although, we have compulsorily rushed down to Airport and waited for unnecessarily 5 hours. Furthermore, we have been asked to do the security check once again while departure after a long wait at Amsterdam Airport. Please note that neither in ticket nor in boarding pass stoppage of Amsterdam have been mentioned.



Therefore, all of the passengers and personally my self who is loyal customer of Jet Airways have been disappointed by the services given and without aware of the surprise stop at Amsterdam. Also after the finishing the journey I would like to share this bitter experience at the Customer service at Toronto Airport who did not even bother to listen from Jet Airways.
I am one of the loyal customer of Jet Airways and using services since a long time.

Henceforth, I would request to make an inquiry regarding this issue and investigate for it.

Please do needful action to resolve the query.
