Complaint Details
CESU in CDD-II, Mahanadi Vihar, Cuttack has provided two phased power connections bearing Consumer Number as (1).00233679 & (ii) 00233661 in the name of one Bijayalaxmi Pattnaik, W/O Ajaya Kumar Pattnaik without having any record of right over the house where as one connection has already been provided in the name of Manjula Pattanaik, W/O Umesh Chandra Pattanaik as Consumer number 02243857 at kaibalya Vihar, Chauliaganj, P.O-Nuabazar, Town/ Dist-Cuttack on a same plot.
When Manjula Pattanaik filed her objection the Junior Manager, CESU of that area stated that Bijayalaxmi has been provided with the power connection since 1990 where as Bijayalaxmi is showing her estimate reports and meter purchase bills of 1995.
Here, I pray your goodself to consider and take necessary action against CESU who has violated it's own guide lines for power connection terms and conditions.
Further the CESU has forcibly allotted two numbers of power connection to a same person to that building to which one connection has already been provided with another person and by these means the CESU is liable to be punished for it's careless attitude who induces others to do aunti social works .
