Complaint Details
1) I have bought 2 commercial flats in Orris Business Square over 7 years ago on 4/1/2011 from Orris Infrastructure Pvt Ltd under their 11% assured return scheme and paid the full amount of Rs. 73,84,617=( Incl. Service tax) as per the attached legal notice sent to M/s Orris in June 2017 where no reply has been recieved till date.
2) M/s Orris Infrastructure pvt. ltd. have not handed over possession of the above 2 flats till date.
2) Two Cheques of rs.89,100= each under their 11% assured return scheme for the 3 month period 1/1/2016- 31/3/2016 have been dishonoured by their Bank on the grounds 0f Insufficent Funds.
3) No further Cheques have been recieved under their 11% assured return scheme till date.
4) I request refund of my total purchase amount plus up to date
refund of arrears in payment of 11% assured return plus compensation as per my attached legal notice.
