Complaint Details
WRT order no OR9538JI-001A for which payment was made through paytm and still courier person took cash payment of Rs 1124/-. Medlife refuse to acknowledge double payment and bill/invoice given has no mention of paytm payment done to them. Complaint been made 2 weeks back and they do not wish to resolve it. I have recodered all conversations.
