hi this is hitesh zagade.
I purchased yesterday Parle G OCCASIONS ASSORTED FUSION Product from easyday shop in nalasopara west.
Mrp of product is Rs.150/- that is like family pack box.
Inside the box there was 10 items of biscuits which mentioned the mrp of each.
As per MRP cost of biscuits is Rs. 85/- .. When i called to customer care officer of Parle G he told me that its mentioned on box (MRP INCLUDES THE COST OF GIFT PACKAGING) .
i asked him MRP is Rs. 150/- and cost of biscuits is 85 then packing cost is Rs 65/-.
is that fare????? its tottaly loot from customer
I just shocked and when i told him this is loot then he replied u can go for consumer forum.

totally loot. pls help me regarding that take a strong action against them
