Dear Sir/Madam,
I recharged the net-pack for my pre-paid mobile thru' USSD option for Rs. 52/- for 1 GB valid for 28 days which IDEA offered 'Only for me'. However, IDEA actually provided me with only 420 Mb that is LESS THAN HALF of the promised 1gb data as per the offer. (screenshot attached). This nothing but a DECEPTIVE Practice which completely deceives the consumers and forces them to opt for it.
Their customer care personnel later called and promised me that my issue will be resolved by 18/01/2018.

However, I have still not received the balance data. Hence, writing to you.
Please look into the matter.
