Holding Number 1002/D7 and holding Number 1009/D/7 has been allotted in the name of Bijayalaxmi Pattanaik, w/o-Ajaya Kumar Pattnaik in Tax ward No. 26 of Cuttack Municipal Corporation without any documents and by inserting the name of Bijayalaxmi by trying to deleting the name of Manjula Pattanaik and the name of Ajay Kr. has been inserted by delating the Name of Umesh Chandra in the Order Sheet and in the Form for Assessment of Holding by the Cuttack Municipal authorities and also receiving Holding Tax from Bijayalaxmi on the Building of Manjula Pattanaik who is the absolute owner of the building which violates the terms and condition of a tax payer to the Municipal office.
Since Manjula Pattanaik is the real owner of the house has already in record of Cuttack Municipal office vide Holding Number as 205/A since 1975 and paying tax till date ,over the same building the Cuttack Municipal office has allotted another Holding Number as 1002/ D 7 subsequently changed into 1009/D/7 in the name of Bijayalaxmi Pattanaik who is now a days with the Holding Tax receipts claiming the building as her own for which manjula Pattanaik's family are spending their lives with a great pain.
hence, it is prayed that gracious steps may be taken to punish the Cuttack Municipal authorities and to compensate the victims with the amount which they could get towards their rents of the building at the earliest and for which act of kindness. we shall be obliged.
