Dear Sir, Madam
I was charged incorrectly and sent a bill of Rs. 43 lakhs. On my complaints to Airtel, I was promised resolution in a few days, but a month has passed with no resolution. Now my connection has been shut and I keep getting calls and SMSs asking for payment of 43 Lakhs! This is harassment and I wish to file a complaint against Airtel India and seek compensation for this fraud.
