Complaint Details
I would like to share my incident with Dr.Rucha.I had a nipple discharge from my right nipple.So we had taken an appointment for breast surgeon i.e Dr.Rucha.First 15 days she had given an antibiotics,after that she recommended breast sonography and mri.As sonography reports were negative we had done with mri.Then we meat Dr.Rucha,she told there is 50% chances of breast cancer(according to the mri report).So we have to do nipple biopsy at any cost.
So we had taken 2nd opinion in Tata Memorial Hospital, there we meat Dr.Rajendra Badwe.We showed all our reports to Dr.Badwe.He told there is nothing to worry as there is NO chances breast cancer in such a young age.My age is 20 years old.Then we spoke with Dr.Badwe about the nipple biopsy recommended by Dr.Rucha.Dr.Badwe told biopsy will be very risky in this age as there will be problem for breast feeding after pregrancy. Dr. Rucha had no right to play with my life.
Dr.Rucha is very insensitive and negligent towards her duties as a Doctor.She is complete of ego and professional arrogance.Doctor as a profession is to save life and not to make money out of it.They would be good marketers of themselves,but their primary work is to serve patients.I am sure that they wouldn't have treated their own family members with this insensitivity.
I would like to point out before hospital why won't you take strict action against Dr.Rucha who cheat patients for money.Think today if i won't meat Dr.Badwe and if i had done with nipple biopsy my life would had become worthless.Who is responsible for this situation Dr.Rucha or P.D Hinduja Hospital?
I am 1st year L.L.B student.If I would have completed my L.L.B then I would have filled the case against Dr.Rucha.
