Hello sir, i got a phone from xiaomi. The first phone they gave me was defected then i made replacement for that. The second replaced product was also damaged then for that i made a refund request but its now a month i did not got my refund for this device. In the mail they wrote that i will receive my refund in 8to 10days but now its about a month the device reached there warehouse on 2nd January 2018.P
lease help me
