12 Jan 2018
One of the Hathway Broadband sales person contact me regarding new connection.
He told me about plans and price then i asked that person to please confirm the connection feasibility for my area, 10 Min later he called me again he said in your area connection is available sir. Again i asked make sure the connection is available.

So he promised me its really available sir.

Ok i told that person i've using this month some other broadband so i dont need this month he said please pay first you can take the connection later.

We've some long conversion about the price then he said some offer is going on so if you pay today you will get the connection for Rs-1343/-.
I said i'm struck outside will pay tomorrow but hes not accepting it. Then i tried to pay via mobile it not processing suddenly his manager asking my Credit Card details because they will do from there side i'm asked how you people asking my Credit card details. Then she accepted for the later payment.

So i paid same date 09:10PM. ( I'm attached the screen shot of the transaction)

I'm asked to please provide the connection tomorrow. He said yes sir you will get the call from one of our technician.

10:00 AM Got call from Hatway technician asked my address so i share my location via Whats App.
12:00Pm still no response from Hathway Technician so i called Tamil Mani he said he will contact another 10 min or you can call me.

So i waited for the whole day simply sitting in the home.
04:30PM i called Tamil Mani he said I'll let you know sir please wait another 10min.
Again no response so i called Tamil.
After this he said sorry sir currently we dont have the feasibility on your area you need to wait another 2 weeks.

i'm asked about my refund amount, He said we are are processing.

What should i do?
Why are doing this Wrong Promises to the customer?
What about my money?
