Complaint Details
I bought nitrotech performance series from Amazon where the seller was cloudtail india. The seller deliberately made the product ineligible for returns on Amazon during the sale. Once the sale was over and I received my product, I found that the product is 1.5 years old and protein in it lost all its potency and taste. But since the product is ineligible for return and not expired (it expires in 3 years ie august 2019), cloudtail-amazon are not replacing my product counter arguing that product hasn't expired. They are not even ready to check if protein actually is in a consumable state or not.

Please help raise this issue to cloudtail-amazon since not only me but many would have been deceived in a similar way. They have now updated the product on Amazon as eligible for return.
