Subject:- Builder demanding extra money from me to correct the fault made by builder in fixing the commod in toilet of 1 BHK apartment. Indian Commod fixed instead of Wall Mounted Commod.
Respected Sir/ Madam,
I booked 1 BHK flat at Highfield Park, Rahatani (Shriram Associates). I land with situation as below:-
(a) During flat booking Sales Team told that- Western Commod will be given in Toilet (no written evidence). But now they fixed Indian Commod.
(b) On asking them to change, Sales/ Engineering Team is asking for additional money from me as they are considering this as additional work.
(c) Today, Sales Member misbehaved with Me and My Wife for not agreeing on extra payment. His behavior surpassed non-professionalism.
(d) Sales Team is not allowing me to contact Builder. They are not giving owner's contact number of Shriram Associates (Builder's Number).
(e) I am attaching extract of documents- Brochure & Agreement for your referral.

What can be done under such situation? Due to today's aggressive discussion with Sales member, my wife is concerned on my safety as well. To whom I can approach to get the problem resolved.
