Lost my baggage on flt 9W77, from HKG to DEL. 9W could not trace a lost bag even after 20 days. Several reminder e mails have been sent and calls have been made but I don't really know if any action is being taken towards locating my bag that they 9W has misplaced. I've attached a copy of PIR for your reference for my lost luggage.
