I had transferred amount of Rs 10,000 from Axis bank to Union Bank. The account to which i transferred the amount was my sister's account. I hold my savings account in axis bank and my sister hold her saving account in Union Bank. I had made online transfer of Rs 10,000(ten thousand) on 21st Nov 2016. The amount of Rs 10,000 got debited from my account but it never got credited to my sister's account. I had submitted all the required documents in both the banks however i have not got any resolution on this. I have been sending a follow up emails to Nodal officers of both the bank but have not received any response. Hence raising this issue in this forum
