Issued confirm bus ticket thru website but bus operator DECCON denied about confirmation as they dont recd booking through Via.Com

I not received any cancelled information through Via.Com. We waited with luggage & family at Bus stand. I requiested Via.Com to arranged alternate bus or any mode of transport as wife + Mother 56 age + Daughter 2 year + bags hard to find at night.

FYI - I booked ticked on 09/01/2018 for travel date 25/01/2018.

After my request i recd money with deduction & after question of deduction tdy tell agreed to pay deduction amount as well.

I request you to band such company bcoz we (wife+daughter 2year old +mother 56age )suffered lot on day of travel.
