Complaint Details
We had taken 25 nos corporate connections for our transport business and as confirmed by the Airtel employee and Purchase order issued they were supposed to give 2 boosters at our office locations which was not given till 2 months of the service due to which we have suffered tremendous agony and loss of business and despite giving notice to stop the service bills were raised from their end and we had given written communication to collect the payments with settlement amount to close the dues till the use of connections which is not done till date. And despite requesting them to settle the same from our end they have been harassing us with numerous calls a day from different nos and the executive who had given the connections not responding to our calls. We have been cheated and mentally harassed by AIRTEL by this unprofessional approach and cheated with wrong commitment from their end which ended up having surrender all the connections as they were not allowed to port within 1st three months.
They have over charged us in data and calls which was unlimited as per 399 infinity plan.
We are ready to pay the amount from 13th Sept17 which is activation date till 24.10.17 on which we were forced to serve mail for termination of connections which comes to 12500/- which is unjustified due to poorest service and is not even close the amount of business we have lost due to the worst service and response from the Airtel team.
Not to mention the mental agony we had to go through.
We hereby plead to the Consumer forum to take strict action against the telecom service provider AIRTEL so no other customer like us who took the risk of taking 25 connection together has to face such loss leaving alone the consumer's who take single connection on the wrong commitment from the company to provide best of network and internet data where they are not even close to give proper network to receive an sms for which we had to move out of our office premise and stand on the road to take calls.
We request you to take a stern action as to recover our loss and teach this company to not take Consumer's money and provide mental torture and harassment in return.
