Complaint Details
The service provider phone is always busy and never receives call for service request. after several attempts when service request is accepted the service engineer never comes after several follow up. I had entered into three year contract for service from 2015 to 2018 and not even one service is provided by service provider. i would like to get the refund of service charges paid Rs 2000 at also compensation.
