Hi Team,

Ankit Shukla a person from policy bazaar team who gave me false commitment ans assurance to take Royal Sundaram policy .He commitment me that policy including 4000 rupees of vouchers with others below false commitment :

20% Discount on every Medicine purchase,
100% Discount on Dentist Consultation Fees
50% Discount on any type of Root Canal or Scaling procedure,
35% discount on any diagnostic test .
But till date i didn't get any of his offer which he was commitment me while taking this policy .I tried to call them but they didn't listen and also they told me sent all document with voucher but i didn't receive.When i tried to communicate with them they told me you are given wrong address .So i totally harassed by them and and they are giving me false commitment in each and every time.
I attached with mail communication also ,please find attached mail which they commitment me but i didn't get such offer .
Because of these commitment i have taken this policy but found all commitment were false.
I spend all doctor consultation and other medicine from my pocket itself .I really fade of and harassed by them .
