Complaint Details
From 7 October 2017 to 1 December 2017, my Photon WiFi Max Duo device remained dead despite complaints. I was told to go to the neatest service center and get it repaired myself, which I was unable to do. On 1 December 2017, the device got activated by the company and I paid Rs58/- for activation charges and started using the device. Now the company is harassing me daily with messages, emails, phone calls, etc. asking me to pay for the period of roughly two months when the device was dead. They say it is the customer's responsibility to get devices repaired. Since 2015, when I got the connection the device has been replaced once because it was defective, and repaired twice at my residence, as it breaks down every year. I suspect they are harassing me because I am a female,single and a senior citizen.
