Complaint Details
We had ordered a clothing online from this site on 7th January 2018.The order quality did not match at all with the picture displayed on their site. Hence we returned the order complying with all the terms mentioned on site for returning their product intact. To ensure the product is returned in the same condition we sent it via a reputed courier incurring courier charges and also mailed them bank details for refund procedure on 11th January 2018 which is within 7 days as per return policy. As per the policy the company should refund within 15 days.However it has been more than 15 days and neither have we received the refund nor are we able to contact them as they do not answer the call.In this scenario of digital India this is highly disappointing and is not just breach of contract but breach of trust refraining one from moving towards digitalisation.
