I Sunil Kumar Basak(mobile no.-7900203141) have booked an online seat in ASTC through Yatra.com (reference no.040285451425) for 6th Feb'18' to pick up from khanapara.on 5th I got a call suddenly from 9957563033 that the bus which you booked got cancelled so you will have to go on other bus and you seat also got changed,bus no.will be confirmed later. On 6th morning I confirmed the bus no. (1549) and reached the pick up point before time but I couldn't find any ASTC Bus with this no.after waiting for long when I called the above no.they are saying that bus has left waiting/calling for you .But I haven't received any call though I was standing at the pickup point(Khanapara) before time. Later on I got a call from bus contractor(9101723806)that I am sorry, I didn't got the time to call you as I was busy gathering other customer and bus was standing little far due to scarcity of space. Plz take a serious action against this people as this people don't give emphasis on pre booking customers and busy in gathering their own customers from whom they can earn money for their own pocket from previous booked vacant seats. Moreover when I was asking the reason for leaving me, they were blaming me in return. I have booked ASTC thinking that it is a Goverment service so will be convenient and trustworthy.it is a worst experience.
