Complaint against Saraswat Bank

We were maintaining Savings Bank account no-021200100009655 since ii/ii/1998
,we have closed this account on 02/02/2018 since Ms Jagruti Vaishnav shall be
settling abroad.

We have noticed, Saraswat Bank has charged Rs 336.30 as closure cheque charges
and fact of the issue is ,we have hardly used two cheque Books till date , Second cheque
Book was given since account number got changed due to shifting of Saraswat Bank
Branch

Our average balance in the account never fell below required balance , then if Bank charges
for a cheque Book is illegitimate ,unfair ,against Customer's interest. Almost Bank issues
cheque Book up to certain limit to savings Bank account holder free of charge, however
Saraswat Bank has charged to customer ,despite only two cheque Books were used and
second was given because of change in account number due to shifting of Branch

We have sent multiple mails to Saraswat Bank ,Head office ,even telephonically contacted but
no response. Is this called customer Service ?

Please take up this issue.
