Dear Sir / Madam,

I got my cell phone Oppo A57 insured by AM TRUST MOBILE SOLUTION when I bought my phone and I lost my phone after 2 months.

I filed an FIR and spoke to the customer support team of AM TRUST and submitted all my documents to them. I lost my phone on 18 Oct 2017 and till date I have made several calls and drafted several emails to them submitting my documents again and again on their request just to get my case open.

Till date I have received no positive feedback and they keep on asking me to wait and resubmit the same documents again.
