I bought a redmi note 3 from the xiaomi in june 2016 and also a MI protect for 1 year.In march 2017 I got my phone repaired from them under warranty but now in the month of NOV 2017 i again faced the issue with the phone.I went to the MI centre and they told me its out of warranty and you need to pay for it for which i agreed But When they opened the phone to repair there were parts missing from the phone. I was shocked and asked them to explzin where thee parts were of my phone.. I have been talking to MI for last 4 months over the issue but they failed to realize that THEY TOOK PHONE FROM ME FOR REPAIR AND SENT IT BACK TO ME WITH MISSING PARTS. I want MI to take back this phone and give back me my money...also I want compensation for the mental harassment you people have been doing for the last 4 months..
