I, Pratik Moitra, recently subscribed to crossroads'service@doorstep 2year package for INR 5899 on the second of February 2018. I was sold this package by an employee of crossroads, Prashant in conjunction with his supervisor, Mr Gupta. In fact Mr Gupta called me repeatedly on a very busy day until I finally forked over the money. At that point in time, he assured me that the first service has been booked for my car on the plan mentioned above for 12-4 PM on 5/2/2018 at my doorstep. Upon his assurance , I took the day off from work. At 12:30 I called customer care since no one had shown up . I was told that no booking has been made for my car for today. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was told that all supervisors are in meeting and therefore do not have time for me. I called Mr Gupta but he didn't take my call. Thereafter I called Prashant and he put me in touch with another supervisor, Shivam/Shuvam, who offered to book my car into a service center. But I have paid for the doorstep service. If I had wanted to take my car to a service station, I'd have taken it to a service station. Shivam told me that Mr Gupta is not in office and he will arrange a callback. Since then I have repeatedly called them and emailed them but apart from a single email on 8/2/2018 asking me for my contact number I have been unable to elicit any response from the company.
