Complaint Details
Their agent distributed free prepaid Jio sims in my office in November 2016. These sims got deactivated after the new paid plans were launched by Jio in March 2017. But now after 8 months Jio has sent me a notice saying that these numbers were converted to postpaid connections and I have to pay for all the pending bills.
