Regarding my cab booking ID NC770287551198250 which I had paid bin full in advance to Makemytrip. when I arrived at the airport (pickup point) the car and driver didn't show up. This has created a lot of hassles for me because my family was also accompanied me with luggage bags. It was not intimated to me that it is cancelled by the provider. With lot of difficult I contacted the driver number and the person was very rude and disconnected the call telling he already informed MMT that it is cancelled.
I am too much frustrated that I have already paid the charges in full to MMT and the service is not provided to me. For hiring another cab at the airport unexpectedly was very inconvenient and finally I had to pay to a alternative cab under short notice for higher charges. After reaching destination I informed makemytrip about what has happened and the sent me a mail asking me to sent them the invoice for the alternative cab and my bank account details so that they will reimburse the difference fare. I have sent them the invoice for the alternative cab and my bank details but now they refuse to pay. In fact other than the monetary damages I had to face lot of hardships including mental strain for which I want to claim yhe compensation. Enclosed is my email correspondence with makemytrip and the Invoice for the alternative cab.
