Complaint Details
My laptop shutdown without warning so repairing i go to universal tech.he told me on call your laptop working good and i change laptop body . Total charge will be 3900 rupees. But when i got that laptop same problem there. My laptop still shut down without warning but charged 3900 rupees .
My complain is that universal tech change of body of that laptop wich still shutdown without warning. After getting money they behave like king and not listen my complain. I have also record of that conversation .
So kindly do the needful for the same.
