I WAS DENIED CHECK IN FOR THE SILLY REASON NO SPACE FOR LUGGAGE & CABIN BAG- I WAITED IN THE QUEUE FROM 12:15 T0 14:30. I WAS HOLDING A CONFIRMED TICKET. NO BOARDING PASS WAS ISSUED TO ME. I WAS WELL BEFORE THE SHCEDULED DEPARTURE- 2 HOURS EARLIER. THE STAFF AT THE CHECK IN COUNTER(LADY) KEEP ON TELLING, COUNTERS CLOSED WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING, THE LADY MANAGER ON DUTY LEFT THE COUNTER SAYING SORRY FOR THE IN CONVENIENCE. I WAS IN A URGENCY TO VISIT MY NATIVE UDUPI MANGALORE.THESE STAFF WERE WASTING TIME CHATTING WITH EACH OTHER, NEGLECTING WAITING CUSTOMERS. THE JET AIRWAYS IS FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DENIEL OF CHECK IN. I ONCE AGAIN BOOKED MY ONE WAY TICKET FOR ONWARD JOURNEY ON 11-02-2018, UN NECESSARY LOSS OF Rs.9585-00 (PNR LJNHDJ- TICKET NO:589-5129131867-
BOTH THE TICKETS ARE ATTACHED FOR REFERENCE.
SINCE THERE IS NO DOCUMENT FOR DENIEL CCTV FOOTAGE MAY BE CALLED FOR FOR THE DATE 10.02.18 TIME: 12:15 TO 14:30 to have a look at the conversation with staff.
