Hi Team,

I have booked the Bus ticket for my Journey from Pune to Amravati on 2nd Feb 2018 from Travelyaari for operator Khurana Travels and also opted for TYSURE facility , now due to some unforeseen circumstances operator had to cancel the Bus and as I have opted for TYSURE it was Travleyaari's responsibility to offer me the same category Bus or refund double the amount for which I have done the bus booking.

But, To my surprise their customer officials were abusive, neither they offered me any equivalent class but only gave me the option of NON-AC sleeper which was half the amount of ticket I have booked for, Now , I didn't want to travel with that bus and I never travelled so instead of refunding twice the amount as per their TYSURE policy, they nor even refunded the amount for which I have booked the Ticket.
