Hi Sir/Madam,
This is Alaudeen.A from Chennai, Tamil Nadu. I have purchased Sony headset on 8th December 2016 in Cloudtail India Pvt.Ltd through Amazon online shopping. Ten months after, headset is not working properly. So I have approached, Sony service center - Tharamani, Chennai and I requested new one on 11-11-2017 since it is in standard warranty period. But that particular headset productivity has been stopped by Sony (confirmed by Sony service center - Taramani). So the service center raised refund for me on 07-12-2017. But still i didn't get any refund. I'm waiting too long period, so please take this into your account as high priority and assist anyone to help me out from this situation.
