Complaint Details
When i bought new kwid car, i was paid to company as quotation but company demand more money and extra money received from us but they are unable to clarify us about total amount and would not be able to provide us invoice against such amount which have been received by company.
As per company quotation total amt od Rs. 410300.00, and we have been paid to them Rs. 410300.00 as Demand Draft, 5000.00 Cash as Advance Booking and 6435.00 as Cash payment, Total Amount has been paid Rs. 421735.00.
All receipts against payments are here with us, but company provides us only 409068.00 (357900.00 Ex showroom Invoice of Vehicle, 17200.00 for insurance, 28632.00 for RTO Application & Road Taxes and 5336.00 for Extended Warranty) They are unable to provide us Invoice against the Balance amount Rs. 12867.00. When I said to them that, either you will clarify me About Such Amount Rs. 12867.00 otherwise give me back, they refused and said they can’t do this.
