This is regarding a Sansui 43" LED HD TV bought on June 2017 with 3 years warranty. Not even 6 months, the TV started developing some issue and it failed to start. We raised a complaint to the Sansui customer care by January 6th 2018. A servicemen came home on Jan 8th and found that the LED panel needs replacement. He took photos of the TV and left saying he will get back.

From that day until today, we have been following up the service center, their manager and everyone possible but still we do not have an answer from them. 9 out of 10 calls they wont pick. So painful to hear the phones ringing completely with no answer. And we have not received one call back from them. If they ever pick our call they would say it would be resolved in 3 days which never happened. I also wrote an email to the above email IDs on Feb 1st 2018. No response to that as well.

We feel like we are cheated and don't know where to go. We have been like made to beg with them for the status and providing the agreed warranty. We have been made to long for the rights and there has been no courtesy from the 'customer care'. More than the TV, we would want a compensation for the agitation and stress caused to me. I am writing this in the pain of getting cheated and getting treated badly. Please help..
