Complaint Details
I took zoomcar on 10th feb.I went for just around 10kms and tyre got busted.I contacted zoomcar and told everything.They sais to complete my trip and then they will resolve this issue. When I ended my trip they directly put fine of ₹1500 on me. That tyre was almost out before I took car. They didnt even bother to communicate with me about this incident and directly put s fine. I registerd complaint there. Complaint no is 711669.
