Complaint Details
I was charged again for a trip for which I already paid. Even after contacting them, all I could hear was that the mode of payment for the trip was outside their system and therefore it cannot be considered. If the payment was outside their system then why did the driver took the money from me. I contacted the Uber customer care and all are doing is telling me this even after explaining to them what happened. Secondly, I was charged for the toll money which they say is included in the trip fare.
