I was charged with Interest Rate 10.75% against 10.5% during the period Aug 2013 - Nov 2014. I sent a notice earlier, however no adjustment made against my claim till date.

The interest for amount moved to excess credit and kept for unattended for more than 1 year.

Due to above 2 issues my outstanding amount shown excess of 72,964.
