ON 8TH FEB 2018, I HAVE APPLIED FOR PORTING MY MOBILE NO. 9818966212 FROM IDEA UP WEST TO AIRTEL UP WEST AT AIRTEL STORE SITUATED AT RATANDEEP COMPLEX, CHOWKI CHAURAHA, BAREILLY, UP. E-KYC WAS DONE WITH MY AADHAAR USING MY FINGER PRINT AND WAS SUCCESSFULLY DONE.

AFTER SUCCESSFUL E-VERIFICATION OF MY KYC, I RECEIVED ONE MESSAGE FROM AIRTEL THAT MY NO. WILL BE PORTED INTO AIRTEL BY 12-02-2018 22:30 O'CLOCK AND ACCORDINGLY NETWORK ON MY IDEA SIM STOPPED COMING TO MY PHONE. BUT SINCE THAN AIRTEL SIM IS NOT GETTING NETWORK.

INSPITE OF VISING ABOVE MENTIONED AIRTEL STORE MANY TIME, MY NO. IS STILL NOT ACTIVATED BY AIRTEL.

I AM USING THIS NO. FROM 2008 AND THIS NO. IS ATTACHED IN MY AADHAAR, NPS, PAN, BANKS, DEBIT CARDS, CREDIT CARDS ETC,. IT IS BECOMING VERY INCONVENIENT FOR ME TO DO MY DAY TO BANKING TRASACTION AS I CANT GET OTP.

ALSO THERE ARE CHANCES THAT SOME ONE MAY BE USING MY SIM AND CAN GET ACCESS TO MY BANK ACCOUNTS WHICH MAY RESULT INTO FRAUD, IN SPITE OF NO FAULT OF MINE.

MOREOVER, EVERYTIME I CALL CUSTOMER CARE OF AIRTEL TO HELP ME, THEY ASK ME TO VISIT AIRTEL STORE, AND AIRTEL STORE THEY ARE IN NO MOOD OF HELPING ME. FOR ALL THE QUERIES, THEY JUST HAVE ONE REPLY THAT NETWORK WILL COME IN NEXT 4 HR/24HR/TODAY EVENING/TOMORROW MORNING.
