Dear Team,

Greetings of the day!

This is to bring to your notice that I was holding a Policy(Ref 14441041) for which I have requested the company to discontinue and help me in returning the initial amount of INR 18000(Approx) to be refunded. I have been receiving mails from them that we are holding your funds please share us the NEFT details to close this, I shared all the details as advised. No one responds on the contact details mentioned by them nor I have received any revert on mails. Its been more than 3-4 years and HDFC life people are really pathetic for no response.

I need your help in fastening the process for my refund, lot of reminder mails/chasers have been sent to them but no response.
