Complaint Details
I had olaced order for flower bouquet to Mumbai flower shop website, the order was placed with delivery on 14 Feb.However, no delivery was made and the customer care no was not picked up even trying 50 times.
I then made a mail to the help desk, However no response has been received.Only one email which says they could not locate address and phone was un reachable..Where as, I did call for segera hours when phone did ring but no one to pick up.Seems to me a fake website meant for duping customer. Request for investigation in this matter
