Complaint Details
I was duped by the owner.....I went there to check designs, upon liking a design I told her that 'll take it....exactly in 30 seconds I told her that I would need a day's time to final on the order.....she refused to return my 2000 advance.....In a span of just 30 seconds.....she claimed that due to the bill which she has written on owner manul, she will have to pay taxes........the bill was just a plain white paper with no GSTIN number, no company registration number just a normal cashbook used by shop owners........I was blackmailed by this lady... She took the cash from my hand & locked it in her drawer. Upon asking her GSTN number & company registration number she just refused to share the information & said he is unaware about all this. I was told that due to her no return & exchange policy she cant give back my money. Just within a span of 30 seconds. No material was procured by her, no work was done ......just writing something on the owner manual & claiming that she'll have to bear 18% taxes on this.
I'm feeling robbed by this owner & rest of my complete day was a waste due to this incident. No product was purchased. The payment receipt was for a future delivery order.
