I have booked tickets through makemytrip (MMT) on 17th Feb 2018 and on 18th Feb 2018 and on both occasion they have successfully got payment of RS. 83,267 for each transaction but never booked ticket. On top of it when am calling their customer service number their representative are saying sir book the tickets again as if funds are there on tree and we just need to pluck it and sent to MMT. In 2 days Rs. 166,000 of mine is blocked and they asking consumer to book again. I have simply asked their customer service team that since your server is not able to connect with airline servers than book it offline and give me same offer and price as my money is already there with MMT. Being weekend banks are also not working so money would only be credited after 3 days
