Dear sir,
On 11th February 2018 i order Transcend 2TB External hard drive which is showing at discount price of 2999 on flipkart app by order id :OD211514488105075000 which need to be delivered on 16th feb. But flipkart auto canceled my order on 14th feb and even they show different order placed date on their platform i placed order on 11th feb around 12:39am but they display it as 12th feb 2pm. On asking reson behind cancelation of my order they give me each time different reply. I tried reach them via mail and social site platform but no use. I am mentally harassed as i don'get my product on time and i feel ashamed as i promised one of my friend to give it to him as gift. I never seen such case where you ordered something and it auto cancelled and customer provide with different reasons each time. It is not appropriate that online companies do whatever they want mention fake discounts and when customer buy product on that discount they simply canceled their order. Dear sir, need kindly your sincere attention to this matter.
