Complaint Details
Sharoni Sen, Vodafone subscriber, switched to new tariff plan on November 18th 2017 with 50 GB data and unlimited talk time for Rs 999. However the company continues to charge Rs 1999 additionally to the customer for the earlier data plan, labelling this as an 'extra data package' whereas the customer had expressedly changed the tariff plan in November last year. Therefore the customer was charged an extra rs 1999 fraudulently without her consent, over and above the rs 999 rental.customer wishes a return of the amount with interest at 4% per annum.
