Complaint Details
I paid Rs 11,328.0 to Bounce Salon at VR mall for hair treatment services (100% assured permanent hair straightening) but after getting the treatment, my hair were not straightened (as promised by the manager/therapist), instead my hair got damaged and became rough. They used poor quality products which led to hair damage and severe hair fall. When I went back to the manager and showed my hair, the manager (Mansi) and therapist (Sisir) agreed that hair are not straightened as promised but they straight away refused to refund my money. They argued with me for almost 4 hours, shouted at me and insulted me a lot in front of their employees and other customers. I paid the money for a service which I did not receive and instead my hair got damaged. I need my money back as there was no fault of mine and it was their lack of expertise, false promise, incompetent services and poor quality products. Hence I should not be the one at loss (making payment without any services). Please investigate into it and get my money back. I also have pictures of my damaged and un-straightened hair, which I can share with you during investigation.
