My setup box remote was not working. I replaced it by paying 270/- same problem continued. They replaced another remote again same problem. They told setup box has issue. I replaced paying 700/- problem still continued. Again they replaced remote. Problem still not resolved. If my problem is yet not resolved why was I charged for new remote and new setup box. I want a refund and they are not doing that.
