I HAD BOOKED MOVIE TICKETS THROUGH PAYTM ON 10/01/2018 AT AROUNG 8.30PM.BUT DUE TO TECHNICAL PROBLEM FROM MOVIE/PAYTM DEPARTMENT MY TICKETS BOOKING FAILED AND MONEY REFUNDED TO WALLET.SO,I DONE TRANSFERRING OF THAT REFUNDED AMOUT OF 887.36 RUPEES TO THE BANK FROM WHICH I DONE TRANSACTION FOR BOOKING.I DONE TRANSFERRING OF MONEY FROM PAYTM WALLET TO BANK THROUGH CARD NUMBER.ITS MENTIONED THAT AMOUNT MAY REFUND TO MY BANK IN 7-14 WORKING DAYS.i WAITED FOR THEY GIVEN STIPULATED TIME ,BUT THERE IS NO MONEY REFUNDED IN MY BANK.REGARDING THS WHEN I ASKED PAYTM CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE THEY KEEP ON SAYING FALSE REPORTS AND TRYING TO MISLEAD ME.SO,I WOULD LIKE TO TAKE THIS INTO LEGAL PROCEEDING.
