Sir/mam
My name is KHANIJ Kumar. I am open account in phonepe on past 2017. Suddenly my Transactions failed.I am discuss about this to phonepe executive. They told me your account is temporary blocked. If you want to unblock this account we refer to your case to my technical team and you could wait 7 to 8 days.Again I am call after passing waiting time they told me again same thing and they request to wait some days for Unblock account...
I have much of loss from phonepe.
Now last time I call phonepe they finally now told me your account is permanently blocked...
And in the wallet of phonepe have some my money but currently can't be use due to account blocked
