My name is Pradyumna Kumar Biswal. I am holding the bajaj allianz policy and the policy number is: 0309816540 and the commencement date is 17/12/2013 and For the same policy number I did the payment twice from two different credit card named as hdfc bank credit card and kotak mahindra bank credit card. I have complained to customer care and escalation officer of bajaj Allianz many times to refund of my extra premium amount of rupees 19996.00 but they are not refunding my extra premium amount. Please help me to get return my money. here i am attaching my credit card statement of hdfc and kotak mahindra bank where the deduction amount of 19996/- was reflected in the statement.
