I am an interior designer and when i visited peppery studio ahmedabad. I asked if they deliver the products to Jamnagar. The persona named Gautam Hingar (sales exucutive) said yes I will arrange that for you. You just complete and order and send me the order number. When purchase 2 chairs for Rs. 15,303 and at the time of check out they did not allow me to check out with jamnagar's pincode i.e361004. Therefore I entered the address of jamnagar and pincode of ahmedabad. I confirmed this details clearly with the person at pepperfry about the address. and he assured me that the goods will be delivered. from last 5 days i am trying to contact them and they are not responding properly and playing ball with me by transferring calls to one another. now they are saying they will deliver it on 4 march which is too late. and they wont cancel my order also. i have got reputed clients in jamnagar, and as an interior designer i reputation is the only thing to be maintained. please help me out with this loss of time, money and reputation
